My name is Franklin. I’m 12 years old.

Franklin is a happy and playful little boy who will steal your heart the moment you meet him! He loves to act silly with and be tickled by his caregivers. Toys that light up, vibrate and/or make sounds are Franklin’s favorites. When the weather is warm, Franklin loves to be outside. Franklin makes his needs and wants known with the use of gestures, facial expressions, and sounds. Franklin’s caregivers believe that he will be able to walk (with some support) in the future!

A patient and committed two-parent household with no other children, or maximum of two other children, would be the best match for Franklin.
