Meet Cali, a sweet girl born with special needs that require the care, attention and dedication of a special family.
Blowing kisses is how Cali wants to let you know that she likes you and you'll get that familiar expression--a smile that tells you that you have connected with her. Cali was born with special needs that include the use of a wheelchair for mobility, Cerebral Palsy, blindness, specialized feeding through a g-tube and other delays.
Despite her special needs, Cali is very aware of her surroundings. She enjoys hearing melodious tunes and is very attentive when other people play musical instruments. Although she is not verbal, she responds to caregivers by gestures and making sounds. She attends special educational school and participates in as many activities as she can. Cali absolutely loves to take strolls to the park and shopping centers.
Cali has been in a medical placement most of her life and through the years she's received excellent care. The staff at the home she resides in absolutely adores her. There are services, support and training for that special family wanting to open their hearts and home to the most needy childen in foster care.
