Delvon is a playful, energetic youngster. He has a great imagination and is a happy, affectionate child. Delvon is social, lovable and fun to be around.
Delvon is a typical boy who loves trucks and cars and video games. He also likes to learn new things and enjoys going to school. On his own, Delvon can be quiet and observant. When he feels comfortable he opens up and can be quite talkative. Delvon is into sports and likes to watch cartoons in his free time.
Delvon wants to be placed locally so he can remain in contact with his sister Starr, who has already been placed. He needs a family who is patient, energetic and loves to have fun. He is a sweet child who only want to be loved and cared for. He has tremendous potential and would be the perfect addition to the right family.
